How to change the chromosome ploidy #5

Dear Chen:

Thanks for your wonderful work for polyploid species research. Could you please tell me how change the chromosome ploidy in autopolyploid? The other question is if the population is an inbreeding progenies, Could you give me some suggestion? thanks in advance!

There is a --sample_ploidy parameter under the GATK UnifiedGenotyper command, which can change the chromosome ploidy in autopolyploid
