Is everyone else down to use LaTex for the slides? I think google slides might just be easier and more convenient to work on at the same time. I'm just throwing this out there though, and can go with the flow.
Thanks Gabe. Actually LaTex also supports teamwork at the same time and is not hard to use. However, I agree that google slides is also a nice choice. I am fine with whichever you use as long as all of you settle down.

Hi team, I think google slides are easier to get around. And we don’t have too many complex equations so google slides might be a good option in our case.

Hi Team,
Seems that Google Slides is preferred. I don't use that with my work - could anyone help to get everyone started? Thanks!
Best, Xinyi
@HongzhangXie
I started a version of the slide using google slides. I completed the literature review
Here is the link https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1RxHsnrOk2b589C0gX5gHrDN7one1SF2c_PbbqqS5XcE/edit?usp=sharing
I did download in the PowerPoint format (attached here)

Great work! I can not go to the link of the google slides (due to access permission). But I download the .pptx document and got the slides. Many thanks for your works for our project!

Can you please change it so that anyone with the link can join?

In my opinion, this is too much text for a presentation. I think the content is good! But the content on the slides should be shortened so that it doesn't overwhelm the audience. If you need something to read off of you can just bring notes with you. That way you can go over everything without forgetting anything or intimidating the class with too much text.
@GabeNicholson - Just changed the link, so that anyone with link can join. Will review the slides later this evening for the literature review
@cbayow22 Can you resend the link? The old one is still access denied.
@cbayow22 I can't access the link either.
still can't access

Okay let's just use my link, I copied @cbayow22 slides over so it's all good on mine:

@GabeNicholson - I revised the literature review slides

Hi @tzkli , @GabeNicholson and I are making some slides on simulation results and ways to improve. Can you make some ahead of mine (titled as Q1 simulation under two scenarios) to introduce the simulation like the ideas and concepts (TTL, MTD etc.) behind it?
Sorry I just saw this issue. Yes, I can do that.
Just added a few slides, both ahead of yours and also in the Q3 section (added my results from this afternoon).
Hi team,
Just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent work you are doing on the slide deck; it's coming together really nicely! Looking forward to hearing your presentation! 🌟❤️
@cbayow22 I have a small request, if possible. I was wondering if you will consider slightly adjusting the format of your slides - possibly altering the color of the slide backgrounds to be white? That way, the collective work would look even greater! It's okay if not and we will respect your work.
Best, Xinyi
So is the setup that I present Question 3? @kangbw702 are you here in person? Also @tzkli what are we doing for your Q3 part? I think we don't have time to go over everything especially if the results haven't turned out great yet. It could still be possible for the final paper if the results turn out well.
@GabeNicholson, I will be there in person. I can present my method for Q3 (slides 28-29). But if the team has already had a plan for presentation, it is totally fine to me.
@xinyi030 - background color updated for the literature review slides

Notes:
I'd appreciate if you could list the main subjects you'd like to discuss in your presentation; these would be your slide headings. Could you please provide me with this information by May 24th, before midday? For your convenience, I've developed a prototype set of slides entitled
3. Final_NonStat_Sample.tex
