opus transcode 6kb/s with wideband issue #239

Hi, I am using opus version 1.3 but when I transcoded the audio I get a distortion like this figure and I couldn't reproduce the results, is this distortion is normal with opus 6kb/s with wideband? why the range changed and the signal level go beyond 1 and -1? Thanks, opus_wideband
