D-I-C-O-M isn't supported on my computer #191

I've tried to make use of the example D-I-C-O-M and there's a severe flaw regarding the latency in both the jsfiddle, and in local. Is there anythings that would prevent it to properly work ? I use chrome on Ubuntu 16.04.
