Update for WinUI 3 #59

Is there any plans to update this library to support WinUI 3?

No, sorry. Feel free to fork it and make the updates you need, but at this point - it's as-is with no update plans in the immediate future. If there's a need to keep it up to date - I can cede it to a new owner if a suitable one emerges (e.g. based on quality of work on a fork).
