Tommy's Mexican Restaurant in SF (http://www.tommystequila.com/) has the world's best selection of tequilas, hands down. The staff is quite knowledgeable as well. I haven't eaten there, so I can't comment on the food, but the tequila selection is obscene enough to warrant a visit.
