What is the problem?

There is a problem that the process is not executed when expanding a comment that highlights a reply to some of my replie.

Reproduction steps

Play any video and expand replies to any comments on that video.
Check the header notification for replies.

There was no need to open the reply section of the video that was playing. The problem occurs in the notification of replies to my comments on the same video that is playing.
