This exercise was in response to a reviewer's comment we received wondering if we are unfairly compensating vaccination programs with a shorter time horizon. We have double-checked this by looking at:
(health_outcome_w/o_vaccines - health_outcome_w/_vaccines)/ vaccination program costs
Longer vaccination programs have larger vaccination program costs.
Results are shown here and here. We do not believe in the context of this study, penalising shorter programs a substantial issue.
