Rebuild simulator
- Separate concerns into: Status, Blocks, Probes, Simulator
- Blocks are now serializable
- New probes are easy to add
- Tests
Upgrade vault simulator UI
- Simulator toolbar with status panel
- Support multiple DR updates and harvests per vault sim
- Review strategy component design
