This command displays the nsh(8) manual and optionally jumps to a search tag specified by the user.

Above force-push fixed display of scrolling hint when no tag is specified.

Tested wrks as expeced... would like to see manual in other contexts such as interfce or bridge... but the results and search functionality in this pr are most helpful
