add a "do" pseudo-command #124

The "do" command simply runs the specified command. It exists as a convenience for users who are used to typing "do" in front of commands as present in the command-line interfaces of some vendors.

Suggest replaceing do help "Run the specified command" with "do is superfluous, ignored and its arguments executed"
