add su command alias for enable #150

and update manual page and tags associated with su doas sudo and enable

I noticed when working on nsh development that I would find my self typing su instead of enable in the nsh prompt and I think it would be nicer for users of BSD systems that su works (in a similar fashion as ) the su(1) command in normal shells Thanks Tom Smyth

Makes sense to me and the diff looks good. Perhaps the man page could just have one section for 'enable' which mentions the aliases rather than adding a su section? Seems a bit verbose with two sections. Not an actual problem for me though.

I was trying to keep the standard of

command and explainer for each command format... rather than have complications in the format which might make maintaining the manual more prone to error ....
