I tried it with a laptop and it kept stopping at 93 packets. I now tried it with another laptop and it sends packets successfully. A lot of other people have reported the same issue, but I've yet to find anyone resolve it.

Your best bet is to try to use another network adapter. Apparently USB adapters work more reliably, but I'm not sure on this. If you're going to buy a new adapter make sure that it's supported, of course.

EDIT: One thing I should mention. At first I thought that maybe some network manager kept stopping the hack midway. You can use the command "airmon-ng check" to check processes that could be problematic, and "airmon-ng check kill" to kill those. This could be worth a try, but it didn't solve it for me.

@warchicken I found it was my wireless card at fault. I bought a cheap one, so now I can send a beacon out as well as browse the internet.

The issue fo rme was the wls version, but the USB is neither wls or wlan.

@Quin452 Which adapter did you buy? I'm having the same problem and don't want to end up buying one that doesn't work, either.

profi200 commented 8 years ago

I had no problems with my internal WiFi. Intel ones apparently play nice with this unlike some cheap ones. If it still fails the only option is using a known working USB WiFi dongle.

iank1434 commented 8 years ago

@profi200 Did you have to do anything additional to get it to work? I have an Intel internal (Wireless-AC 3160), and it still freezes at 93.

profi200 commented 8 years ago

I did it just like described. Compiled the tool with patch and switched to monitor mode.
