Remove unused ENDPOINTS and update error reporter #1832

In an effort to move the requests to /search instead of /answers, this PR does the following:

remove ENDPOINTS in constants that's no longer used
update the endpoint used in error reporter

J=BACK-2365 TEST=auto

Ran npm run test

coverage: 61.389% (-0.004%) from 61.393% when pulling 6b620da15932f9735547ce2908f9b537a215d3fd on dev/remove-endpoints into 9643b81728a64dcf2c7e582e3ebce0a5d2cfa2de on hotfix/v1.16.1.

Since v1.16.1 has already been released, this should go into a new branch called hotfix/v1.16.2 which is created off of master
