Add better installation instructions for OSX #6

yi-editor/yi#795, yi-editor/yi#786 and yi-editor/yi#783 all ask for better installation instructions for Yi on OSX.

I don't have a MacOS device to test this on. I've added whatever others suggested. Feel free to open a PR if you have any issues with it.
