Travis CI can't build UWP projects. #90

Sorry, I have forgot how to build it... Maybe I gave up use TravisCI and changed to use Appveyor.

And it looks like work well (Just only build). Last build log is here. But, I don't write test code for UWP project. So, I don't know Appveyor can do unit test for UWP project.

Yes, AppVeyor can do unit tests found in the project.
