Shutdown is not performed properly in conjunction with 52pi remote power button! #2

Basically when using this script in conjunction with the 52pi remote power button (which brought me here after all), after you echo 0 to the pin in the clear_ShutdownPin_setting-function, power is cut off immediately, before a clean shutdown is perfomed!
