Feature request: "High power" hit indication LED support #2

I would like to attach high Lumen COB-LEDs (daylight visible) to the ground target and have them flash as indication of a target hit.

On the v2.5 there is a port "P" for similar usage (RGB LED strip driver) but it is not fully operational in current fpvc-target firmware AFAIK. As for now, one of the output pins is constantly ON (sink to GND), reacting to hits with inverted flashes (short bursts of light-off). I would like one of the "P" sink pins to react to a hit with a 3 second 5 Hz pulse train, 50% duty cycle. Or something likewise, useful for the purpose.

The purpose is to provide a immediate, clear and reasonable omnidirectional visual hit response from the ground target - visible both to the pilot and for spectators 50 meters away.

Maybe it can also be used with the test station mode, to verify hits from long distance? (not the priority here...)

Great feature, Tomas! We shall definitely have this. I saw your workaround proof-of-concept yesterday, it is great! Describe the workaround here, perhaps?

Thank you! Yes, I did a simple hack using the v2.5 RGB output port "P", mid pin (RED) to drive a 12 relay, powering high intensity COB strips attached to the tripod. By connecting to the "rest" switch position of the relay I was able to invert the signal from the port. Otherwise it would just be constantly on with some brief off pulses for the hits. https://youtube.com/shorts/SA1n6Qp81Dg?feature=share
