Description: Sections/collapsable field/chart admin interface differs

Task: Check if it is related to the new D10 interface. if not do it like in D7.

Deliverable: In case of no new D10 interface sections/collapsable and field/chart should be like in D7

This issue has been fixed already during the D2 milestone.

D10 now shows fields in this order:

E.g. https://dev-yukon-drupal-10.pantheonsite.io/en/node/add/multi_step_page

While this is not entirely correct (Editorial team should be below Contact), this is fine.
