Authenticate staff using corporate login system #311

Staff should sign in to Drupal using the corporate authentication system.

This could be done using the OIDC Connect module, or maybe something that uses SAML.

I've created a test client in Auth0, in our dev tenant. This is client ID syKVrWIsOxdSPwP9FcnluLQtORRGLKHm. Alejandro has been invited to administer the application and access the Auth0 dev tenant admin.
