Issue Addressed: https://github.com/ytgov/yukon-ca/issues/130

Steps:

  1. Update the file
  2. Run the drush cim -y command.
  3. Clear Drupal cache using drush cr.

This file needs to be removed. But there is a conflict that we saw after PR. We will resolve it in a few hours.
