Issue#158 - No header aurora #394

Issue Addressed: https://github.com/ytgov/yukon-ca/issues/158

Steps:

  1. Update the theme stylesheet to fix this issue.
  2. run the following commands to compile the CSS: npm i npm run clean npm run build
  3. Clear Drupal cache using "drush cr" command
