Issue#178 - French news shows English dates #453

Issue Addressed: https://github.com/ytgov/yukon-ca/issues/178

Steps:

  1. Login to the website backend as admin
  2. Go to /en/admin/config/regional/translate/import
  3. Select fr.po file (uploaded to the GitHub root)
  4. Select Language Dropdown = French
  5. Check the following three checkboxes:
    • Treat imported strings as custom translations
    • Overwrite non-customized translations
    • Overwrite existing customized translations
  6. Click import

Notes

This will also fix some issues encountered for Isssue #167, #179
