[Docs] Add currently "undocumented" commands for ysql_dump #21604

Description

At the moment, at least one option --include-yb-metadata that isn't documented in the ysql_dump documentation page; it would be good to add this.

I can write an update if you like. I didn't want to step on anyone's toes.
