[YW] AWS Cost Estimate seems incorrect #3600

Creating a 6 node c5.2xlarge cluster w/ 6 x 3TB gp2 storage was 3.7K monthly cost in us-east-1 but over 7K in us-west-2. Refreshing the pricing data caused both us-east-1 and us-west-2 to jump to the same price. This seems at odds with pricing estimates shown in their calculator: https://calculator.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html

This issue is stale. It has already been two major releases since and the issue does not seem to be present on the latest version.

6x16-core cluster with c5.4xlarge is showing $97.92/day 3x16-core cluster with c5d.4xlarge is showing $193.54/day
