ycqlsh> help TABLE_CREATE and other commands redirect to cassandra and return 404 #5210

ycqlsh> help should open the browser (which works) and point to our doc pages not Cassandra.

This happens on 2.2.0.0 and 2.1.8.7

Hey, we have decided to work on another project so we won't be fixing this issue. If anyone else is interested in fixing this, feel free to do so.
