[ ] Backup page change the intial focus and selection to AWS S3
[x] Move certificates configuration to the Security config with the new label - "Encryption In Transit" https://github.com/yugabyte/yugabyte-db/issues/6773
[ ] Fix tool tips placement across the platform. The current placement is inconsistent between pages - on prem cloud provider, backup (AWS). Need to have a consistent pattern on how tooltips are placed next to a field
[ ] Include instance details (CPU/memory) on the universe nodes page
