[platform] Support for updating SuperAdmin email #7928

the SuperAdmin email is a user that no longer works for the company, there is no way to change this address to something different in the platform UI

this can be solved by updating the database, but it should be updatable by the SuperAdmin user in the UI

SuperAdmin email is set at the time of installing the Platform and there is no workflow to support updating the SuperAdmin email post install. It is important to provide proper support to update the super-admin email.
