Question concerning the atlases source

Dear Dr. Chuang,

Thank you so much for generating this tool !!

In your GitHub, I could not find the reference to an original publication or standard map that you used to map coordinates to their corresponding brain regions. Even though these atlases are standard, it would be helpful for me to know which version exactly was used !

Is it the same version as what is displayed as standard in, for example, other viewers like MRIcron ?
