Allow pasting a notebook as JSON #23

It would be nice if notebooks could be uploaded by just copy pasting the content into a text area.

For example when opening the notebook with the Editor in JupyterLab:

This could be useful in situations where the user can't download the notebook and have only access to it via the notebook interface.

yesssss, @jtpio I pushed what i had to https://github.com/notebook-sharing-space/jupyterlab-nbsss. Am still generally struggling with lab extension dev :(
