Showing a table of contents can drastically help with the immediate comprehension of how a reader is supposed to frame what they're looking at in a Notebook. It'd be great if that table of contents behaved like the toc2 extension in classic Notebook, staying pinned to the side as you scroll through the main Notebook and jumping to sections of the Notebook when you click on the toc2 headers, but even without that behavior it would still be a boon in my opinion.
