Allow opt-ing in to line numbers on code blocks #34

Would be very helpful when talking about specifics in a code block. We should make them linkable as well, and focus on the line that is being linked to.

Optional line numbers are available in display options now!

https://github.com/notebook-sharing-space/nbss/issues/12 is a precursor to allowing individual lines to be linked to though.
