Added 150K GT:

Some are from 126k upgraded to reflect 150k (all cards quad) : The middle block
Rest from real 150k+ players, mainly payers.

Feel free to add it to your work if it satisfies you ! =)

Thx. Will be added in next release. One question: Why: GT1SOkxxx and not GT150kxxx?

Uh 2 main reasons :

You've done the same for 100k and 125k
I was not sure if it could create issues with the +GT150k: /^GT1SOk\d\d\d$/ so I prefered to make sure the 2 expressions were different.
