Only CSVs conforming to the RFC4180 standard (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4180) are allowed. Insert some warning about this if a CSV of this type is uploaded. Suggest converting with unix2dos from terminal or the following converter: http://www.fileformat.info/convert/text/unix2dos.tr
