User to decide if they want more exercises than scheduled. #282

Currently the user can only get exercises based on the scheduled words.

Instead, add an option to "Give me more exercises" along the default "Go to reading". This accommodates both users: those who want to do exercises to practice, and those who just want to review scheduled words.

This has been somewhat implemented now that we have a limit of total words, and the user can schedule more if he has bookmarks.
