Re-Enable Audio Exercises after a timeout #403

This might be a very edge case, but in case people keep tabs open they might not know how to re-enable the audio exercises.

This ensures that after 15 minutes the exercises are re-enabled, and that should be enough to give time to the current exercise session to be over before they see it again. They can always re-disable them, and it will create a Toast to inform the user that they have been disabled.
