Icons for Settings / Logout #408

I have given a try to making some logout and settings icons to see how it could look:

I am not the best at making icons, but I think it could work well!

I have tweaked the icons a bit to be a bit thicker and reduced their size. In the videos, when you logout you first see the login screen and then home, but this has been fixed, it now goes straight to home as it is now.
