im currently too lazy to write a script to go through and modify all(most) includes to use quotes instead of angle brackets... I knew this would bite me in the future.
this also brings casts to the mMtx_c class to the EGG and nw4r Matrix variants.
Also opted to use the same format from MSL_C that tp uses. trying to maintain uniformity with tp/ww due to similarity
