Update README for new offline ISOs #198

While they aren't being built by the release-iso action due to storage space limitations on GitHub releases, the new offline ISOs (https://github.com/ublue-os/isogenerator) should still make for a more reliable installation, and also enable pre-installing Flatpaks in the future.

I don't know if the current online ISOs are going away anytime soon, but if not, I'll keep that as an option. For the offline ISOs, we should document the necessary commands to create an ISO for each supported image.

Re-opening this for now, as ublue's isogenerator is basically being deprecated in favor of the upstream action. We'll either want to change the current instructions to work with it too, or just wait for whatever solution may come into BlueBuild.
