This means a number of changes need to be made:

• [x] package manager should be a variable. Apt-get for ubuntu, apt-cyg for cygwin. Create wrapper function.
• [ ] switch case option should exist to skip the default program configurations. In this case, config files for tmux and non-standard things shouldn't be copied to the home directory
• [x] check for programs to exist prior to copying config files.
• [ ] switch case option should exist to configure the desktop environment. (ref bug #3 )
