strand in SNV file #11

Hi Qing,

I was wondering how you define the "strand" in the SNV file. I run the GATK pipeline for RNA-Seq, and extract the SNV locations, and the dbsnp membership flags. but it is not clear how you define other columns in SNV file especially the "strand". I would appreciate if you could help on this.

Hi Mohammad,

The strand in the SNV list file means the strand of the gene.
