i got nothing after running giremi, is there anything wrong? giremi -f GRCh37.primary_assembly.genome.fa -l S00382.bed -s 0 -p 1 -o ERR123456.uniq_rmdup.giremi ERR123456.uniquemap.Aligned.sortedByCoord.out.markdup.bam
