Hi Zhang, The programme return error:"./giremi: error while loading shared libraries: libhts.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory". Could please fix this? Thank you!

It worked for me to install a very old version of HTSlib, https://github.com/samtools/htslib/archive/refs/tags/1.3.1.tar.gz
