Please see discussion about Semantic Versioning scheme in https://github.com/zigpy/open-coordinator-backup/issues/1 and suggestion to start with version 0.0.1 from the beginning.

This pull request changes to X.Y.Z (Major.Minor.Patch) for metadata versions in README.md and z2m-sample-1.json sample.

Discussion open in https://github.com/zigpy/open-coordinator-backup/issues/1. @Hedda, please fix the version in sample. The value you currently provided isn't a correct JSON node. Please change it to string.
