Flexget does not upgrade to last version in raspberry pi. osmc #2

I followed steps mentioned to upgrade flexget, but when I run flexget upgrade step, it says it's alredy up to date in version 2.21.35 although last version is 3.1.11

osmc@osmc:~$ ~/flexget/bin/flexget -V 2.21.35 Latest release: 3.1.11

How can I upgrade to de last version? Thanks

I have the same problem, I run the commands to update Flexget but i´m stuck in the same version.
