Describe the Feature

Add and style the loader

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Once the user enters the page should appear the loader as first
[ ] The loader should have an animation where the Pokeball resizes 1 -> 1.5 (or more) scale
[ ] As the Pokeball is resizing it should also rotate
[ ] Once the data is completely loaded (API/Storage) the loader should vanish smoothly
