We have seen two cases where a zip payment was taken but no Magento order was taken. This is obviously not ideal.
In one case, the same customer appears to have been able to check out via a different method after already paying with Zip.
Is this a known issue? It only seems to happen rarely, so that might mean that it's down to a race condition or similar.
We are using: zip/magento2 composer module version 1.1.5 Magento Community version 2.3.2-p2
