An error occurred while to requesting the redirect url Error #42

I am using Sandbox credentials to test this payment method on Magento 2.4.2-P1 version.

In backed configuration when clicking on the "Check Zip credentials" button, It is showing a Success message. https://www.screencast.com/t/0Egsy8GNA

But on the checkout page, it is showing "An error occurred while to requesting the redirect URL". https://www.screencast.com/t/mhaN8oOjjR

Same issue in Magento 2.3.3. Trying with Production credentials. Any update on this issue?
