I got this error when i tried to compile TLD

windows 7 64 bit
VS2010 -matlab 2011b 64 bit

-opencv 2.2

PC lk.cpp lk.cpp(18) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'cv.h': No such file or directory

C:\PROGRA~1\MATLAB\R2010B\BIN\MEX.PL: Error: Compile of 'lk.cpp' failed.

??? Error using ==> mex at 208 Unable to complete successfully.

Error in ==> compile at 32 eval(['mex lk.cpp -O' include lib]);

please any help....
