Clean up species included in the analysis #1

A quick glance through the species suggests that TRASH and other categories are still included. A careful look through SCINAME and COMNAME would be good.

Should also decide whether to include taxa not identified to the species level. This is probably ok as long as the species aren't disaggregated to species later (e.g., if taxonomic classification changes).

This would be addressed by using the clean OceanAdapt data (e.g., issue #2 )
